Payment hasn't been accepted
Once you have successfully completed your order you should see a message of thanks, and also receive notification of your order by email.
If you don't see a message of thanks there might be a problem with your order - perhaps some of your details are missing. Look for any messages, either near the top or next to a field in the checkout, which will let you know if some details are incorrect or omitted.
