Resend booking confirmation

For every booking you make with 5pm we will automatically send you a confirmation email with details of your booking/purchase.

Should you lose/misplace your 5pm Big Deal purchase confirmation and require a new one please contact customer care via the link below, and we will resend this to you.

If you require a copy of your restaurant booking or Spa & Beauty treatment purchase please log into your 5pm account as you can resend a copy of your confirmation. This information can be found in your booking history.
