Can I have a refund for a Big Deal voucher that I haven't used?

If you‘ve changed your mind about a Big Deal that you have purchased within the last 14 days and haven't used your voucher to secure a booking, please contact us on customercare@5pm.co.uk and we’ll be pleased to refund the cost of your voucher in full. Unless it states otherwise in the terms and conditions of the offer. For example, vouchers for a ticketed event are often non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Alternatively we can provide you with a 5pm gift voucher and you can use this towards another purchase from the site. The gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Outwith this 14 day period, we will do our best to assist, however unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a full refund as this is at the discretion of the service provider.
