Can I have a refund for a Deal voucher I haven't used?

If you‘ve changed your mind about a Deal that you have purchased within the last 14 days and haven't used your voucher to secure a booking. Please contact us at customercare@koobleit.com and we’ll be pleased to refund the cost of your voucher in full, unless it states otherwise in the terms and conditions of the offer. For example, vouchers for a ticketed event are often non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If you have a 5pm.co.uk voucher, please contact customercare@5pm.co.uk


Alternatively, we can provide you with a Kooble gift voucher and you can use this towards another purchase from the site. The gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Outwith this 14 day period, we will do our best to assist, however, unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a full refund as this is at the discretion of the service provider.
