Can I have a refund for a Deal that I’ve used to make a booking or completed an order for?
If you’ve made a booking or completed an order using your Deal voucher that you now wish to cancel, please note that the service provider’s cancellation policy is in effect. The cancellation policy is detailed in the terms and conditions of the offer.
Please contact us at customercare@koobleit.com with your voucher details and the booking date/time and we’ll assist you as best we can.
Please note that any refund requests after a voucher has been redeemed are at the discretion of the service provider.
