How can I book using my Big Deal voucher?
Your voucher will have instructions on booking you specific voucher. Some vouchers are booked with the service providers directly, however, the majority of the 5pm Big Deals are booked on the 5pm site. For any online bookings, please visit the link below and enter your voucher code:

When entering your code, please ensure that there are no '0's being mistaken for the letter 'O', or letter 'I' being read as the number '1'. The text fields can also be case sensitive, please ensure that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of your code if you are copying and pasting this to the booking page.

You can then proceed to make your booking.
In certain cases, the vouchers are booked with the service provider directly. The instructions would be included with your voucher. If you have not received this, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered in there by mistake.
