Has my payment been accepted?

Once you have successfully completed your order you should see a thank you message, and receive notification of your order by email. Please check your spam or junk folder in case the message has been filtered by mistake.


You won’t receive a thank you message on the site if there is a problem with your order - perhaps some of your details are missing. Look for any messages, either near the top or next to a field in the checkout, which will let you know if some details are incorrect or omitted.


Sometimes the issue may be the browser you are using, often just changing the browser can resolve this. Please be sure not to refresh the page whilst the payment is processing, as this will result in a duplicate purchase being made.
